Realising every child's potential

PTFA

The Parents, Teachers and Friends Association is commonly known as the PTFA.  It is a committee designed to bring together parents, teachers and friends of the school who have entrepreneurial skills and/or enjoy working as part of a team to provide support to the school council as it works towards achieving its yearly goals.

This support may include offering time during specific activities (e.g., Jump Rope for Heart Day) or by preparing for and implementing various fundraising activities (e.g., Mothers’ Day stall).

Activities range from minor (e.g., wrapping presents for the Fathers’ Day stall) to more extensive, including those that require a full team effort, such as the biennial school community social, school production or the running of the RGLPS community fair.
